John C. Maxwell (C.Maxwell). “A leader can be someone who knows the right way, leads by example, and shows others the way.” Leaders need followers to guide them and help them achieve their goals. Although leadership is an easy term to define, it can be hard to practice. Leaders are found all around us, in our families and among our friends. However, there are certain traits that make a leader. Mohan Das Karamchand Gandhi is an Indian leader. Although he wasn’t born as a great leader, he rose to prominence through hard work and struggles. Born in Porbandar (Gujarat, India) on October 2, 1869, he was a great freedom fighter and leader of Indian nationalism against British rule. His entire life is an inspiration to me. Mahatma Ganjjii was simple, peaceful, and he believed in himself.

Mahatma Mahatma Singhji lived an easy life. He was a humanitarian who gave of himself to all those in need. He was a key player in the fight against British rule and India’s independence. He encourages India’s citizens to fight for freedom. He was himself a peaceful person and avoided violence. He didn’t believe that wars or conflicts were the solution. This was the key to Gandhiji’s success.

Gandhiji did not tell people to follow him. He didn’t intend to be a leader, but he chose not to. He was an advocate for truth and happiness, and he followed it. People admire his simplicity, self-confidence and honesty. Gandhiji’s philosophy on non-violence is what inspires people. To liberate India, he used nonviolence. His style demonstrates his inability to accept foreign products. He encouraged people to work independently and not depend on others. He did not touch the evils that were then in existence.

Mahatma’s life is a model. He did not ask anyone to do something, but he showed everyone how it was done. He is a role-model for the future generation as he was an example for everyone he taught and spoke about. His life is a beautiful example of love, peace and honesty.

Mohandas Gandhi didn’t excel in speaking and was not very attractive physically. However, he lives a simple life that is still remembered as one the greatest humans to walk the earth. His belief in himself is the reason. He believed he had a huge responsibility to liberate his country. He believed he could play an important part in India’s freedom. He believed in himself, inspiring millions of Indians to believe in him.

For him to succeed, he had to have faith in his abilities as a leader. He was arrested, beaten and threatened with death, but he refused to give up. He continued to fight, struggle and work hard because he believed he would free India from British control. Mahatma is a leader who transformed people. This can be seen in the essay. He was a leader who inspires and motivates his followers. Mahatma Gandhi’s behavioral leadership theory is the best because it suits his personality. He was a lawyer by profession and became a leader later.

Since I make decisions with my family and friends, I use democratic leadership. My family and friends are also encouraged and influenced by me. When I am doing group work, such as a presentation or assignment, I give equal work to everyone. This method has allowed me to do better with my team.
